Unproductive agricultural land in the Malanje province has led to high dependency on food imports, job shortages, and few economic opportunities in the rural areas. Diversifying economically is a top priority.

We are guaranteeing a USD 122 million investment to implement an agro-industrial hub (installing grain storage facilities, logistics warehouses, and new roads) for producing maize, soybeans, and beans across 5,000 hectares.

Quizenga will become a key agro-industrial contributor to Angola’s food security, with the capacity to produce 30,000 tonnes of grain a year. It will generate more than 1,200 jobs in the region and empower local communities for sustainable farming practices through training and delivering advanced technological equipment.

Building and operating Angola’s first oil refinery since independence, creating a major boost for the nation’s energy security, employment opportunities, and economic prosperity.

Modernising and expanding the Américo Boavida Hospital in Luanda, enabling it to serve more of the city’s growing population while strengthening Angola’s health system.
