Gemcorp oversees rehabilitation of the SINSE provincial delegation building in Cabinda

As part of the commemorations marking 50 years of Angola’s Independence, GEMCORP is actively engaged in a high-level institutional initiative: the rehabilitation of the SINSE Provincial Delegation Building in Cabinda.

With over 88% of physical execution completed, the project is in its final stages, demonstrating consistent progress aligned with the originally defined milestones. GEMCORP plays a multi-faceted role as the financing entity, direct representative of the Project Owner, and an active party in the technical, contractual, and financial supervision of the initiative. The contract was signed on 25 April 2022, with the notice to proceed issued in February 2023. Since then, rigorous oversight has been a priority, ensuring each phase is delivered in full compliance with technical standards, schedules, and transparency requirements.
