Acqua welcomes 10 new trainees under the Omeva program

On April 29, the Luongo Water Treatment Plant welcomed ten young interns integrated into ACQUA through the OMEVA Program, an initiative focused on training Angolan professionals in water and sanitation.

The ceremony included leaders from ACQUA and Gemcorp Angola, who welcomed the interns with messages of encouragement and commitment.The interns now begin a practical and structured journey of up to 12 months, working in various technical and strategic areas. More than just professional experience, the program offers integrated training, mentorship, and individual development, strengthening the connection between education and the productive sector.

Thus, ACQUA reaffirms its commitment to national capacity building and the sustainable development of Angola.
