Marcelo Hofke

Marcelo Hofke is Chief Executive Officer of Imbono Angola & Namibia, where he leads the company’s operations and strategic initiatives in these geographies, delivering transformative projects across infrastructure, energy and industrial sectors.

Marcelo brings more than two decades of experience in infrastructure development and project execution across complex and fast-growing markets. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership roles at major engineering and infrastructure companies, including Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção (OEC) and Tenenge Industrial, where he oversaw large-scale projects and operational teams in demanding environments.

His background combines technical expertise with strategic management experience, enabling him to guide projects from development through execution while navigating operational and regulatory nuances.

Marcelo holds a degree in Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
