Lenilton Jordão

Lenilton Jordão is Chief of People & Culture Officer at Imbono, where he leads the company’s global people strategy, corporate communications and sustainability initiatives.

Lenilton brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across human resources, corporate affairs and operations. Over the course of his career, he has led multicultural teams and strategic initiatives in Brazil, Chile, US, UAE, Democratic Republic of Congo, South Africa, Angola and Tanzania, supporting major projects in sectors including construction, logistics and port operations.

His role focuses on aligning people strategy with business transformation, integrating ESG principles, governance standards and talent development to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation. He passionately believes that strong people strategies can unlock potential within organisations and support inclusive development in fast-changing markets.

Lenilton holds a Master’s degree in Business Development Administration and is a certified coach and head trainer, combining academic insight with practical leadership experience.
