Kevin Altit

Kevin Altit is Head of Legal & Corporate Risk at Imbono, where he oversees the company’s legal strategy, governance framework and corporate risk management.

Kevin brings extensive international legal experience advising major corporations on complex regulatory, governance, white collar defence and strategic matters. Over the course of his career, he has worked on a wide range of transactions and situations, including local and cross-border M&A, shareholder disputes, crisis management, takeover defence, shareholder activism and white-collar investigations.

Before joining Gemcorp, Kevin was a senior partner of one the largest law firms in Latin America and served as general counsel to several publicly-listed companies in Brazil.  He was an international associate at Thompson & Knight LLP in Houston and has also served on the boards of listed companies in Brazil and internationally, bringing valuable governance and board-level experience to his role.

Kevin holds a Master of Laws from the University of California Los Angeles - UCLA.
